Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Witcrew, an HR management platform operated by Native Wit Technologies. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Witcrew platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including HR administrators, employees, and managers.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use Witcrew solely for your organisation's internal HR management purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or make the platform available to third parties outside your organisation. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Account Registration
To access Witcrew, an authorised administrator must register on behalf of your organisation. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep your credentials secure. Witcrew is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Privacy & Data
Witcrew processes employee data on behalf of your organisation. You retain ownership of all data entered into the platform. We process this data only as instructed by you and as described in our Privacy Policy. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and access is controlled by role-based permissions.
5. Intellectual Property
Witcrew and its underlying technology, design, and content are owned by Native Wit Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your subscription period.
6. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable, high-availability service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Enterprise plan customers receive SLA-backed uptime commitments.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Witcrew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. Witcrew may suspend access immediately if you breach these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
